Equanimity, having an inner calm and balance regardless of external circumstances, is a treasure we all wish for. What if this divine gift is not an aspiration but the very truth of our Being? Peter will share his experience of confusion and clarity, of suffering and lasting peace & freedom. Mindfulness practices and music will be a part of our morning as well.

Peter Moses is a happy father of six and grandfather of four, a mindfulness educator, a singer-songwriter-children’s music teacher and kid-at-heart. Peter is grateful for these roles but does not completely identify with any of them. He is most inspired by what is timeless, formless and boundless — what we truly are!
