The Akashic Records hold an endless variety of information critical to understanding how our Soul’s have developed on the Earth plane. One of the greatest gifts in the Records is that of Compassion, for ourselves as well as others. Healers and Lightworkers often overlook or undervalue self-compassion as part of our journey.

First introduced to the works of Edgar Cayce as a teenager, I’ve spent the last several decades looking for answers and consider myself to be both a lifelong student and an experiential junkie!
