As humanity stands at a crossroads as just one of many ecosystems on this planet; we are being called to come into alignment with uncertainty and impermanence, NOW…. What will you choose? How will you choose? How are you choosing now?

Trae joins us today to walk us through how the teachers of her life, have brought her into a life centered in presence as a practice, and in the art of “receiving” something better, more, different or new. And to illustrate where our teachers may be found – those experiences that can point each of us toward our own transformation.

Those lessons that open us up to receiving others, and subsequently into receiving ourselves, with appreciation, curiosity, awe and reverence – especially when the lessons and gifts look far different from what the world would say they should look like.
