A couple of years ago, I started sharing my internal navigation system with the world, in hopes that — just as it has helped me — it might also help others, both individually and collectively. I call it the Cycle of Kairotic Flow. In this talk, I’ll describe highlights of my journey to understanding what I’m here to do, share an overview of Kairotic Flow’s 6 Archetypes (Steward, Curator, Scout, Pioneer, Cultivator and Regulator), and then briefly explain how I apply Kairotic Flow as a lens to observe and a compass to orient to complex reality, one next right step at a time.

She loves exploring the unknown and chasing intriguing rabbits, and considers herself a incorrigible generalist with a wild and sometimes troublesome talent for spotting zombies trying to pass themselves off as living entities. Kylie presently lives in Portugal with her Portuguese husband, Manuel, and is writing a book on Kairotic Flow so she can get out of its way.
