Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and allow yourself to be guided on a peaceful journey to a beautiful, private beach. During this special Crystal Beach Meditation, you’ll explore this serene shoreline and discover the unique gift it has waiting for you.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, often translated from Sanskrit as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a deeply relaxed state of awareness between wakefulness and sleep. It is a powerful way to calm the mind, release tension, and restore the body.

During this session, you will be invited to lie down (if comfortable) or remain seated—whatever feels best for your body. You’ll be gently guided through a body scan and breathing exercises designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and sink into a profound state of relaxation.

No experience is necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart.

* Dress comfortably. 
** Please bring your own yoga mat, (we have limited mats), blanket, pillow and anything you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
*** Doors close at 7:00 pm so please be on time.
