Whispers of the Sacred Tree Meditation

Experience the peaceful practice of becoming a sacred tree. With your bare feet rooted to the Earth and your arms gently swaying like branches in the breeze, you’ll be guided through a flowing moving meditation that encourages grounding, relaxation, and a deeper connection with nature’s energy. There is no choreography or right way to move—simply allow your body to flow in its own natural rhythm.

Following the meditation, gather around a welcoming fire for quiet reflection and community (fire and weather permitting), allowing the experience to settle as you connect with yourself, one another, and the natural world.

* Dress comfortably. 
** Please bring your own yoga mat, (we have limited mats), blanket, pillow and anything you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
*** Doors close at 7:00 pm so please be on time.
