Join “Bodies in Harmony” for a night of reconnecting with our higher selves through sonic entrainment. Release physical, mental and spiritual tension and trauma as you are bathed in the tactile vibrations of drums, gongs and crystal bowls.  As you are guided to deeper states of brain wave activity, your subconscious and intuition begin to take the wheel and guide you to your true identity and greater purpose.  You can expect one of the best nights of sleeps in recent memory and noticeable mental and emotional balance and clarity!
Please note that since you will be lying on the floor for 90 minutes, we encourage you to bring anything that will help to make you comfortable. A yoga mat, blanket/s and something to support your head would be good choices. Wear warm socks since we will be removing our shoes. These items will help keep you warm and comfy throughout the event!
Corey is a 20 year resident of Doylestown, father to 3 teens, and a husband. He has been a private yoga trainer and reiki master for the last three years and recently added sound bath, yoga nidra, kundalini yoga and chakra balancing to his mix of healing modalities. In total, Corey has received 400 hours of yoga teacher training, all at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. In his personal time he loves being in nature, walking his dog, smiling at people, mentoring the male clients for Between Friend’s Outreach and, of course, spending time with his family.

Andrea has been a resident of Doylestown for over 25 years. A wife, mother of two grown sons, and someone who feels most at home surrounded by nature. She’s a home herbalist, yogi, bird watcher, dabbler of Ayurveda, lover of crystals and angels, and all about a healthy lifestyle. Andrea received her Usui-Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher Certification at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. She enjoys incorporating sound healing, crystals and chakra balancing into her practice. She holds a certification in Chakra Transformation from YACEP, and Senior Personal Trainer and Senior Strength & Conditioning certificates with the SFA. Andrea enjoys seeing clients privately at her home Reiki studio.
