Explore/Discuss spirit guides and how they change and evolve along our journey. Many spirit guides represent archetypal or symbolic qualities that may need expression in your life. You may find that your spirit guide is an artist, a wise woman, a warrior, a teacher, a healer, a monk or a musician. Usually the guide has come to you to show you a pathway that you need to follow, or to guide you ins a certain way that is appropriate to your current life situation. They may also give you answers to specific questions and then move on,

After discussion, I will lead you in a 3 part meditation Meet the Power Animal necessary for this part of your evolution/journey. We will also explore the possibilities/meaning/significance of the chosen animal.
