Sounds of the Universe Gong Sound Bath w/ Scot McClellan (In Person)
Allow the crystal bowls to ground you while the gong carries you out into the Universe. Additional instruments include a native Inuit drum, chimes, and Tingsha cymbals. The gong will offer an expansive experience, engulfing one in sound that can help promote health and balance.
Gongs can produce an electromagnetic field when vibrating, according to physicist David Bohm. This field can create healing and inner harmony, which can open a gateway to a heightened state of consciousness. While this is happening, the gong’s vibrations stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This stimulation can produce feelings of relaxation and help release emotional blockages.
