Grounding In Love & Understanding! Workshop with Randi Suskin (On Zoom) Sunday June 12th 4:00-5:30pm
Grounding is infinitely rich territory.
It may be described as embodying a greater and greater foundation in That which is loving, valuable, meaningful and true.
The deeper our grounding of love and understanding, the better we do.
We will not be as affected as much by the ups and downs of the unknowing, the unsteadiness, or the unreliability of the small, conditioned egoic mind.
The more we look to Truth, the more we look inside instead of searching for the answers outside, the more we will see.
We are going to lose our footing from time to time, but we will not lose our grounding.
It informs everything we do.
This workshop will be an exploration of grounding using meditation, discussion, storytelling and exercises, all with heart-centered direction.
