Ecstatic Dance: Movement as Medicine is a journey of self-expression, release, and spiritual connection through free-form movement. Facilitated by Jennifer Boulanger with a carefully curated musical journey designed to awaken the body and uplift the spirit, you’ll be invited to explore flow, freedom, and play – connecting to your body as a sacred vessel of wisdom and healing.

No dance experience is needed! Simply come as you are and move in whatever way feels natural. Together, we create a safe and sacred space to move, feel, and reconnect with our most authentic selves. Come dance your medicine, release what no longer serves, and open your heart to joy, freedom, and community.

Jen will close the event with a meditation and healing for all participants.

SPIRITUAL OFFERING: $20
* Dress comfortably and in layers. Barefoot dancing is encouraged unless medically         prohibited.
** Bring a water bottle and yoga mat for warm up and closing meditation/healing.
*** Doors close at 6:40 pm so please be on time.

Note: Entrance to Circle of Miracles is the 2nd driveway of the property on Beulah Road. When you turn into the driveway, please go around to the parking lot area that is at the rear of the building. The entrance door is on the lower level of the building.
