The combination of Yoga Nidra and Sound is a powerful method used to attune your mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up your energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing blockages.  It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep restful sleep.

Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘Yogic sleep’ or ‘psychic sleep’ is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that is designed to explore the different layers that make up the self,

promote profound states of relaxation, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, strengthen the nervous and immune systems and balances the emotional body.

Crystal bowl sound baths assist and speed up this process via the properties of vibrational entrainment, binaural beats and chakra balancing.

Participants will lay on the floor with eyes closed for the entire meditation.  There is zero physical effort required, only listening and feeling/awareness are needed from the

Yoga Nidra helps us find relief from the constant stress that life brings just by remaining still and allowing the mind to follow the meditative instructions of the teacher.

The practice of withdrawing the senses to bring us into a deep, restorative state of relaxation was practiced by ancient sages as a way to observe the inner workings of the mind without becoming a subject of them. By entering into this deep state of relaxation they realized that they can release repressed emotions and past experiences that may have colored their perception.

Every experience we have will leave an impression on the mind. These impressions, known as samskaras, from the past influence and color our expectations about the future. Let go and surrender the repressed energies that no longer serve you.

We will balance your 7 main energy centers (chakras) to improve the flow of energy around the body which will enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and enable connective experiences.

It is in the chakras that we hold the emotional wounds and traumas of our lives and the function of energy healing is to excavate, release, refresh and renew.
By clearing blockages and releasing these painful experiences we make room for LIGHT, creating healing, and higher vibration and frequency within.
