 Singer/Songwriter Sharon Silverstein has been bringing her transformational music to Delaware Valley audiences for the past 26 years. She has been a Yogini for the past 8 years and studying sound yoga for the past 2 years and more recently a student of Nada Yoga with Acharya Girish Jha from India. Her music moves people to greater self-awareness, unity, and peace through mantras, her inspirational lyrics and rhythms and her message of love and light. Sharon is also the founder and president of Living At Peace, LLC <http://www.livingatpeace.com> a company that works to provide people with greater self-awareness and create a world where adults and children can feel unconditional love for themselves and others. In addition, Sharon facilitates drumming circles for team-building, health and wellness, and diversity training. For the past 8 years, she has been providing motivational speaking, workshops, and programs for teachers, parents, and children throughout New Jersey. She has a Bachelor Music degree from Rutgers University, is also a certified music teacher and taught in the NJ public school for 14 years. Sharon and her work have been featured on local cable television and radio programs, in local and county newspapers, and in national magazines.
A native of New Jersey, Sharon has performed at The Philadelphia Society for Art, Literature and Music, the New York City Marathon, the Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden in Delray Beach, the New Life Expo in New York, John and Peter’s in New Hope, the One Love Festival in Norfolk, the Paul Robeson Art Center in Princeton, the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health, Elkins Estate in PA, and many other venues and yoga centers throughout the tri-state area.

 When our bodies and minds are ill, there is a reason. Andrea is also known as “Kalá Devi” which means Goddess of the Arts

This Experiential Workshop is designed to facilitate the participant to independently access a peaceful state of mind at any time and any place, which in turn provides the person the tools to face life's everyday challenges with a balanced and open mind and heart. Storytelling for the Soul and Spiritual Flute Music is a 2-2 1/2 hour presentation comprised of three main components: • Meditation • Music • Storytelling Initially Kalá Devi will create a calm atmosphere through some deep breathing exercises and some gentle asana postures to allow the body to feel a conscious stillness, followed by flute meditation music and a short period of silence. This comprehensive Master-Teacher training is for Reiki channels who want to give the gift of healing to others. The class includes the powerful Reiki Master Attunement, healing mediations, complete instructions on how to teach, and attune other to the Reiki Energy, as well as continued mentoring. You will also receive the Reiki Master Teacher Manual, your Teacher's Certification, and at least 42 hours of additional training in the form of auditing and/or assisting at Level I and II Reiki classes.
Please register early so you can prepare yourself for your Mastership.
