What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in ancient China. It is low-impact, weight-bearing, aerobic - yet relaxing exercise, involving slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation. The meditation is sometimes called "moving meditation".
Benefits of Tai Chi
Tai Chi teaches inner strength,while toning muscles, increasing flexibility and boosting immune power. It is also said to reduce stress, store up energy and increase body awareness.
About Ken Bell
Ken began his personal journey to discover a greater sense of his body/mind/spirit connection, while improving his overall state of well-being. This process awakened him to share with others his passion for anatomy and alternative modalities of exercise, nutrition and health.
As a teacher of Yoga and Tai Chi with a BS in Exercise Science, MS in Exercise Physiology and an MBA, Ken brings an in-depth awareness to his clients and students based on a strong understanding of those disciplines.

The workshops provide you with the tools to enhance your own spiritual growth through a natural connection to the earth and universe.
Sacred geometrical symbols are expressed in the beautiful patterns we find in nature.These patterns are a blueprint of the Universe manifested in form. By incorporating sacred symbols into garden spaces, we enhance our connection to Self and Spirit. This enhancement can provide us with a peaceful, serene meditative experience to support healing and contemplation. The Sacred Garden Class series explores garden design and ritual for sacred spaces including but not limited to: the labyrinth, medicine wheel, and the universal garden, as well as many other serene spaces used for meditation, reflection, and contemplation. Rev. Lori Young, the owner of American Beauty Landscapes, is a graduate of the Circle of Miracles School of Ministries and a Reiki Level II Practitioner. The workshops provide you with the tools to enhance your own spiritual growth through a natural connection to the earth and universe.
Sacred geometrical symbols are expressed in the beautiful patterns we find in nature.These patterns are a blueprint of the Universe manifested in form. By incorporating sacred symbols into garden spaces, we enhance our connection to Self and Spirit. This enhancement can provide us with a peaceful, serene meditative experience to support healing and contemplation. The Sacred Garden Class series explores garden design and ritual for sacred spaces including but not limited to: the labyrinth, medicine wheel, and the universal garden, as well as many other serene spaces used for meditation, reflection, and contemplation. The workshops provide you with the tools to enhance your own spiritual growth through a natural connection to the earth and universe.
Sacred geometrical symbols are expressed in the beautiful patterns we find in nature.These patterns are a blueprint of the Universe manifested in form. By incorporating sacred symbols into garden spaces, we enhance our connection to Self and Spirit. This enhancement can provide us with a peaceful, serene meditative experience to support healing and contemplation. The Sacred Garden Class series explores garden design and ritual for sacred spaces including but not limited to: the labyrinth, medicine wheel, and the universal garden, as well as many other serene spaces used for meditation, reflection, and contemplation.
